We will live in the fabulous North side of Michigan in early fall, eating incredibly delicious food, and availing ourselves of some of the most peaceful moments in nature!

Our home base is the wonderful Cedars Edge on Burt’s Lake. Elegant, expansive and sophisticatedly simple, Cedars Edge is a fully renovated barn serenely situated on property located on Burt Lake. Cedars Edge is a luxury house filled with cultivated taste, repurposed items for accessories and upscale amenities. Nestled in a beautiful private forest, Cedars Edge provides a space for calmness and serenity.

Each day we will set out on a focused journey and return to the lodge for group encounters, strategic discussions, meditation, yoga and, of course wonderful meals prepared to energize both your body and mind.

Our Story

Brenda Freeman

Pilates Instructor

Brenda Freeman is a soul led Pilates Instructor and Somatic Sex Educator that guides others from 20 years of education, teaching, self-practice and her own life’s journey. 
Her Pilates teaching led her to somatic sex education, which is how her Pussy Pilates Program was born.  As a Certified Somatic Sex Educator, she helps people connect to their pelvic floor and she encourages people to honor their bodies.  
 
Brenda’s Pussy Pilates Program holds a safe space for intimately learning about and taking ownership of our bodies.  She is also a Certified Holistic Doula, where she provides guidance and support to pregnant women, women in labor, postnatal mothers and breastfeeding mothers.

Yogando Founder

YOGANDO was born from Elisa’s love of travel, yoga and wellness. After leading a successful 15-year career in the corporate world, Elisa transitioned into a US certified event designer, internationally certified yoga instructor and retreat leader. Elisa is now on a mission to inspire you to live your life with passion, purpose and wellness. After moving to US in 2011, she now splits her life between Michigan, Italy, and wherever part her heart takes her. She has a deep sense of gratitude for the YOGANDO team and tribe which continues to grow through the years, who make it all retreats dreams possible!

Pilates – vigorous wake up

Pilates Q&A, followed by shower and free time

Workshop: Morning routine – Tongue scraper, mouth wash, dry brush, lymphatic massage

The group will have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 participants.

 

Due to the small group allowed in this retreat, the whole money paid are non refundable.

 

In case of another pandemic and of a forced closure mandate from the governor, the whole amount will be refunded.

 

Guests should show a negative COVID test done at least 72 hours prior to the retreat, or proof of full vax. In case, guests turn positive to Covid and they have already paid the full amount, unfortunately the full amount cannot be refunded.

 

Bring your own mat and meditation towel.
