Level up your practice
A fun and innovative week away for anyone looking to push themselves to the next level and experience yoga from a slightly different perspective.
Inspired by movement including yoga, contortion and dance, this retreat will explore how you can incorporate a multidisciplinary approach into your yoga practice creating sequences which are fun, innovative and smart.

In particular we will focus on developing the strength and mobility to safely support your flexibility practice. We will also focus on creative transitions, exploring how you can move with a sense of purpose, fluidity and grace – with the end result of sequences that feel smooth, connected and seamless.
Each morning will begin with a two hour ‘Creative Vinyasa’ practice, followed by a two hour master class in the afternoon. These master classes break down and explore the poses, transitions and sequences covered during morning practice, looking at how you can personalise them for your own goals and needs.

Our Instructor
Our Story

Rebecca Hannah
International Yoga & Movement Instructor
Rebecca was introduced to yoga through physical theatre and performance. As a performer she was initially attracted to the physical side of yoga and how it could be used as a tool for creative expression. After her 200hr YTT in Hatha followed by an additional 200 hours in ashtanga, she discovered a passion for creativity in different styles of movement disciplines. This interest was channeled into further trainings, including 200 hours of Yogic Arts with Duncan Wong (a fusion of martial arts, thai massage and yoga), 50 hours Tripsichore Yoga Choreography, calisthenics, mobility, and Kids and Teen Yoga Teacher Training where she is now an accredited Teacher Trainer. She has taught worldwide, in over 16 different countries across all 4 continents, most recently in China for Pure Yoga. Her own personal practice includes integrating vinyasa with contortion, mobility, calisthenics, and contemporary dance.
Rebecca also has a huge passion for working in social enterprise and community education, with a focus on inclusivity.
Rebecca teaches with a rich interdisciplinary approach, exploring the importance of building strength to support flexibility using movement as a tool for mindfulness, communication, creativity and self-expression.
Class styles taught: Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Yoga Dance, Core, Yin, Yin Yang, Hot Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga
Workshops: TBD
The Location
Where we will staying at

Casa di Sale
Sardinia, Italy
Cosy like a cocoon, silent like a shelter, green like a wood, sunny like Sardinia, clean like the wind. Yoga Resort Casadisale is a reality in transformation. Originally it was a rural house, furnished with ethnic pieces and antiques furnitures, then it was transformed in a charming b&b with panoramic terrace to practice yoga (four double rooms, each with private bathroom and dehor). From this year guests can also sleep in glamorous tents with a common bathroom (glamping).
Yoga Resort Casadisale is a location suitable for everyone, also for people who don’t practice yoga, beginners, travellers who are looking to share the same philosophy of life. Silence, respect for nature, slow days starting with an organic breakfast, with homemade cakes and jams, or a brunch (salads, quinoa and fresh fruit). And extraordinary connections. At Yoga Resort Casadisale we take care of everyone… even the cats who happily run among the mirto and rosemary plants.
