The Workshops

By Gabriella

Handstands. This handstand workshop is to give you the tools to train for handstands. I incorporate a flow to activate and prep the body safely and from there drills on strengthening the body and the mind for your handstand. Handstands are a lot of body/mind awareness and strengthening drills perfect your form! Let’s get you upside down!

Meditation workshop is to deepen your connection with your mind; how to slow everything down. Meditation isn’t the absence of thought but awareness of. I will be guiding you through multiple types of meditations and teaching you the science, benefits, and teach you how to incorporate it into your daily life and routine.

Breathwork (Pranayama) workshop is going to be an incredible compliment to your meditation and included alongside your meditation workshop. Breath is your path to peace. It cleanses our minds and bodies. And is the bridge that connects our minds to our bodies!!

Every night at dinner I will assign a journal prompt. Thought provoking prompts to inspire you, give you an opportunity to reflect, & awaken nuggets of self knowledge! Journaling is one of the most therapeutic and insightful ways to connect with self.

Extra Activities

Alberobello

Trulli (traditional drystone huts) enclosed by vineyards and olive groves, this is the authentic side of the Itria Valley. The panorama is filled with a timeless magic, in the heart of which lie fascinating villages like Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino.

Leave the trulli, olive trees and drystone walls of the Itria Valley, and follow the way to the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic or Ionian coast.
Take a journey at the marinas of Fasano and Ostuni, with their beaches and small coves in the low rocky coast.
Further south, search out an untamed corner of the marine nature reserve and enjoy sea breezes and the perfume of Mediterranean scrub, a natural paradise of inlets and high dunes overlooking the Ionian sea.

Polignano a mare

Polignano a Mare is probably one of the most picturesque coastal towns in Italy, if not the whole of Europe.

Sitting approximately 25 miles southeast of Bari, the small town sits perched on top of large limestone cliffs that drop off into the Adriatic sea.  Below are some details about the city.

Legend has it that the land Polignano a Mare sits on was once part of Greece, but broke away and floated across the Adriatic and became part of modern-day Italy.

Although this legend is obviously not true, the area has been settled since prehistoric times and is believed to have been the site of an ancient Greek city called Neapolis of Apulia.

How to reach the location
