Andrea Rogers

Founder and Creator of XTEND

Andrea Rogers is the Founder and Creator of XTEND, the only international workout with over 70 locations
worldwide. XTEND brings in elements of dance, ballet
and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. ‘At it’s core, XTEND is about people. I wanted to create a workout that was both challenging and exhilarating so that people don’t just look better, but feel better as well’ Rogers states.

Rogers developed her lifelong love of movement and esteemed career as a professional dancer and choreographer (travelling the world with celebrity performers, dance companies, and most notably,
principal dancer for Walt Disney World Co.), First introduced to Pilates for its therapeutic benefits,
Rogers soon became certified Pilates trainer, and in an effort to offer her clients variety, fun and
increase fitness benefits, she created her own innovative fusion of core dance and Pilates fundamentals.
The response from her clients was fast and fierce–and they loved it, and they wanted more.

The Xtend Barre method:

Xtend Barre is the best full-body workout designed for people of all levels of fitness. Our clients range from athletes to individuals trying to achieve a personal best, to people in the process of building or re-building their confidence, losing weight, overcoming illness, or entering a new phase of life. Regardless of the specific goal, we fully support our clients at every step on their journey to transform their bodies and their lives.

The Xtend Barre method, created by Andrea Rogers, combines elements of Pilates and dance to create a dynamic and safe workout. Where other barre programs focus only on the small movements, Xtend Barre’s diverse programs focus on movement of the whole body, delivering cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Located in Carefree, AZ just north of Scottsdale, Civana is an easy taxi ride from the nearby airports.
Closest Airport: Scottsdale Airport (SDL/SCF) = 17 miles, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) = 34.5 miles
Guests can arrive as they wish on the start day of the retreat, check-in is at 4pm although rooms may be ready earlier. Retreat activities begin at 5pm.

FAQ

Min required: 20 guests – Max: 30 guests

This retreat needs a minimum of 20 bookings to reach confirmed

Only when the retreat reaches confirmed. The event organizer has until Monday July 1st, 2021 to hit the minimum number of travelers needed for the trip to happen (20). If the event organizer do not hit the minimum within July 1st, the trip will be cancelled or rescheduled, and the customers will be refunded their down payments in full. Please, do not book your flight until the retreat reach the minimum bookings.

 

Guests are required to pay a deposit of $1000 to secure their spot. Down payments are refundable until the trip is confirmed (when it reaches 20 attendees). After the trip is confirmed, the down payment is non-refundable. The final balance is due within August 30th, 2021 . The final balance is non-refundable after it is paid. Sorry but no refunds given after August 30th, 2021, no exceptions.

Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee

Sign up by using the “sign-up” link on any of the retreat pages. You will then fill out an information form, and then payment. We then will send you an official confirmation and welcome email with a disclosure and emergency contact form to fill out and sign, as well as any pertinent travel information you may need.

Travel Insurance: is required and it is mandatory for all travelers.

Travel protection will help protect travelers’ investment in the trip, and to provide certain medical coverage while they are outside the USA.

If the retreat has to be postponed based on border closures then a credit for a guests’ deposit will be issued to be used for the postponement date. If the retreat happens as scheduled, but a guest decides not to attend based on any other reason than a country’s border closure, then the regular cancellation policy (stated above) will be maintained.

If travel around the world is still being disrupted as the retreat nears, the final balance due date will be postponed until a final decision is made at the 1-month mark before the start date.

At the time of this agreement, we require guests to present or confirm they had their Covid vaccines. Those who had not been vaccinated, should present a negative PCR covid test taken 72 hours prior to the retreat date.

Also, we require all guests to wear masks, unless actively eating or drinking, to utilize hand sanitizing stations if not able to wash hands. Guests not adhering to this policy, will be asked to leave the property. As the event organizer, by signing this agreement, I agree to comply and communicate these guidelines to the guests.
