who can be a yogando retreat host?

1how do I qualify as a host?
after the initial discovery call with our design team, you will be asked to start surveying your audience

once you have reached 50+ qualified survey responses, you qualify as a host and you get to pick your retreat destination
2why do I need to survey my audience?
to make sure that the trip offered is in line with your audience needs, expectations and spending budget
3when will I get paid?
at the end of the retreat

1what are the retreat conditions?
we will pay for your full itinerary, for your flight, for your meals and for your ground transportation
2how much will I earn?
you decide your earnings based on a per student fee or a flat fee

retreat logistics

1who designs our retreat?
our design team will assist you in designing your retreat around your needs and requests

so, you do not need to know your destination well

once the itinerary is locked, changes are not possible
2what happens if an excursion gets canceled due to weather?
full refund will only be allowed if the subsidiary agency will refund yogando
3can I bring friends and family on my trip?
friends and family are always welcome. However, if they do not pay the companion fee, their expenses have to be factored in the business plan, and the selling price will increase
4when will my retreat be confirmed?
most retreats require a minimum of 10 bookings to be confirmed

he trip is confirmed when we reach the minimum required
5what if I don’t sell enough spots?
we will schedule zoom calls at 90/60 and 30 days before the trip starts

this will allow us to do a status check and to avoid paying additional fees, in case the retreat is stuck and does not sell

each retreat has its own agreements depending on which location is selected

to cancel and reschedule, please check our host terms

10+ months for international and 6+ months for domestic
2when will my retreat be confirmed?

4what if somebody cancels?
travellers are required to pay a 25% down payment to secure their spot

down payments are refundable until the trip is confirmed

after the trip is confirmed, their down payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance is billed -60 days before the trip starts, unless the attendees agree on a payment plan
