Kate is the author of three Ayurvedic Cookbooks, including The Everyday Ayurveda Guide to Self-Care, The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook: A Seasonal Guide to Eating and Living Well and Everyday Ayurvedic Cooking for a Calm, Clear Mind: 100 Sattvic Recipes. She is a nationally certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and the founder of the Ayurvedic Living Institute. An authorized Ashtanga yoga instructor, she teaches yoga in Boston and Portland, Maine, and still travels to India annually for study. Kate began yoga by accident in South India at age 20. More than a dozen extended trips to India and twenty years studying the wisdom traditions of the sub-continent support Kate’s understanding of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Linda Gastaldello, italian, mother and visionary, is an international yoga and meditation teacher based in New York and Italy. She has been teaching since 2010, became an Advance Jivamukti teacher with over 120 hours of training, founded two boutique studios in New York named one of the best in the City in 2019 and created the international method and online Academy 2RISE which includes yoga, spiritual fitness and meditation to rise the vibrational state of mind, body and soul. She also works as content creator and collaborated with international brands like Lululemon, Wanderlust fest, Vanity Fair among others.
Brenda Freeman discovered Pilates in 2000 after a difficult delivery and began her Classical Pilates teacher training in 2004. As someone who has been physically active and in pursuit of excellence her entire life, Pilates was the key to her healing success. After her first son was born via C-section in 2000, Brenda suffered low back pain and an abdominal separation. After her second son was born V-BAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), Brenda again used the Pilates system to heal the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor. She is currently the co-owner of Warehouse Pilates.
Rich Ray is a Boston/Portland-based level II authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher. He began practice in 1996. He has made numerous trips to Mysore for study. He offers traditional meditation practice for beginner and advances students alike. He continues his work as a student of meditation and has been practicing for over 25 years.
Yoga found me about 8 years ago when I develop heart palpitations during my process of applying to graduate school. In my first warm yoga class, I felt like I was being introduced to my body in a new way. It spoke to me spiritually, in a way that I had never experienced from the inside. Yoga was like a hidden treasure. Upon beginning Yoga Teacher Training at Center For Yoga in 2011, I was unaware of all that I would uncover about myself during the process.
Natalie Piet E-RYT200, is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Inner Medicine Practitioner. She supports students and teachers in delving deep within to reveal the innate goodness and radiant health that is the essence of life. Natalie is dedicated to the study and practice of Neelakantha Meditation and Wise Earth Ayurveda. She is a certified massage therapist and known for her well articulated alignment cues and healing bio-mechanics.
Denise is our Ayurveda partner in Italy. Founder of WellOne Luxury Experience and wife of Kandeepan, who share a common devotion to Ayurveda, natural nutrition, yoga, meditation, Tibetan bowls, shiatsu, tai chi and holistic medicine. Together, they lead the Ayurveda school, offering their own knowledge mentoring and training wellness specialists all over Italy.

Sahana learnt most of her culinary skills from her mother and these are traditional recipes which is passed on from many generations. She conducts cooking classes at her hometown in Mysore, India which is dubbed as the Yoga Capital of the World. People from all over the world come to this little magical city to deepen their Yoga practice. Being a Yoga practitioner herself, she understands the value of wholesome food and how it enhances practice and keeps one healthy. Sahana also teaches cooking lessons online reaching out to a wider segment of people and help them with their needs.

Eleonora is a native of Milan, Italy now living in NJ, USA. Body movement specialist, Author, fitness model, and cover girl, Eleonora began her career as a varsity synchronized swimmer. Her love for movement and fluidity easily transferred from the water to the dance floor when she moved to NYC and enrolled at Peridance International School of Dance. Convinced that yoga is much more than just asana, Eleonora encourages her students to accept their vulnerabilities. She feels that without weakness there can be no strength and without acceptance there can be no healing.
Karen has decades of teaching experience in different styles like Vinyāsa, Hatha, Slow Burn, Yin, wall and chair Yoga, pre-natal, Yoga nidra. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in a deep belief that students are powerful beyond their imaginations, and that yoga can help them step into that power and heal themselves to levels they never thought possible.
