Join us for an invigorating and beautiful morning of pilates and delicious food
SUNDAY MORNING is meant for self-care and delicious food.
This is the perfect opportunity to intentionally carve out time for your wellness and eat well. This is what you need in this particular moment.
This is an online experience, that you can take alone or with your family from the comfort of your home.
You will need a device to log in to ZOOM, a Yoga/Pilates mat and your kitchen! Simple is that.
The Pilates class will be focused on whole body exercises that you can modify to your level. Brenda will verbally guide you through each phase and she will also exercise with us, to visually show you every step of the way. A quick break after class will allow you to freshen up and come back hungry and motivated for a mini cook along with Elisa, native Italian and nutrition geek, who will teach you how to cook the perfect creamy risotto.
The ingredients list is simple. Elisa will email you every ingredients and also where to buy them locally without robbing the bank. This is an easy, affordable recipe that is part of Italian comfort food. Risotto is gluten free and this recipe can also be adapted to be with or without meat.
Come alone or with a friend to enjoy the company and comfort of being a part of this small and intimate gathering.

Brenda Freeman discovered Pilates in 2000 after a difficult delivery and began her Classical Pilates teacher training in 2004. As someone who has been physically active and in pursuit of excellence her entire life, Pilates was the key to her healing success. After her first son was born via C-section in 2000, Brenda suffered low back pain and an abdominal separation. After her second son was born V-BAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), Brenda again used the Pilates system to heal the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor. She is currently the coowner of Warehouse Pilates.
YOGANDO was born from Elisa’s love of travel, yoga and wellness. After leading a successful 15-year career in the corporate world, Elisa transitioned into a US certified event designer, internationally certified yoga instructor and retreat leader. Elisa is now on a mission to inspire you to live your life with passion, purpose and wellness. After moving to US in 2011, she now splits her life between Michigan, Italy, and wherever part her heart takes her. She has a deep sense of gratitude for the YOGANDO team and tribe which continues to grow through the years, who make it all retreats dreams possible!
