Cooking Classes

November 2020

You can live an exceptional life!

Begin by coming home to our body. Begn to nourish it with natural fuel, avoiding to deprive yourself from the pleasure of eating. Begin by connecting with your intuition, without counting macros, and eating in tune with the rhythm of nature. Begin by remembering your inner power, the power to choose health over stress.

These cooking classes are not diets, detox, cleanses or strict regimens. They have been created to heal your body being more in tune with the change of season. Beginning of fall, while we need more warm, comforting food that still serve us well.

Begin with health and join us in this two cooking classes, led from Indian chef Sahana, whose attention to natural ingredients and recipes inherited from her grandma make her signature cooking classes fun, and super easy to reproduce in your daily routine.

What’s natural is joy. What’s natural is creativity. What’s natural is vibrant health.

Knowing how to cook with seasonal ingredients brings loads of added benefits. Food can be a little bit cheaper in season, plus ingredients are likely to have travelled shorter distances if they’re in season and they have more energy (Prana) from the soil.
Learning how to cook with seasonal ingredients means you guarantee a lovely varied diet as different food comes in out of season. Fall is the golden season of harvest festivals and Halloween, October and November are all about crunchy apples, juicy pears, and pumpkins!
Get ahead of the holidays come December and restore your health in the fall preparing your guts to savour in season ingredients.
